Drag'n Wash Controls and Controller Support

Learn what Steam confirms about Drag'n Wash controller support and how to check your input setup without relying on unverified key bindings.

Does Drag’n Wash support controllers?

Yes. The official Steam listing declares full controller support and includes DualShock and DualSense controller categories. This confirms advertised controller support, but is not a device-by-device test by this wiki.

We have not verified the button mapping for every controller or whether each input device uses the same on-screen prompts. Follow the labels shown by your installed game.

Where can you find the correct controls?

Read the opening prompts and check any control or input settings exposed by the current build. Exact keyboard shortcuts and controller bindings are not documented in the source material available to this wiki.

Avoid relying on key maps copied from another game or an earlier build. A control guide should distinguish a confirmed binding from a general suggestion; this page intentionally does not assign actions to keys without evidence.

What should you try if a controller is not recognised?

These are general Steam troubleshooting steps:

  1. Connect the controller before launching and confirm the operating system can detect it.
  2. Check Steam’s controller settings to see whether the device is recognised.
  3. Close and restart the game after changing the input configuration.
  4. If you adjust the game’s Steam Input setting, test one change at a time and restore the previous setting if it makes things worse.

There is no verified game-specific Steam Input override recommended here. Bluetooth, USB and different controller firmware versions can behave differently, so note your setup when asking for support.

Does full controller support mean Steam Deck Verified?

No. Controller support and Steam Deck compatibility are different claims. This wiki has not verified a Steam Deck rating, handheld performance or a recommended Proton version. See platforms and languages for the confirmed platform scope.

What should you check next?

If the problem is a crash rather than input detection, use the troubleshooting guide. If you are preparing your first run, return to the beginner guide. Check the system requirements before assuming a controller issue is the only obstacle.

What is the source?

Official Steam feature listing, checked September 14, 2026. Controller categories are official metadata; the setup checklist is general advice.
